Hot Stone Back Massage
I perform Swedish massage prior to the application of stones in order to warm and loosen up the muscles even further and gain a more complex feeling of relaxation. During a hot stone treatment we use heated basalt stones and alternatively ice cold marble stones to ease pain or inflammation or any discomfort and stress in the body.
Aromatic Thai Poultice Back Massage
Traditional Ayurvedic herbal poultice is classified under “swedana” (heating and sweating treatments) and is an integral part of traditional Ayurvedic treatment. We combine it with an oil massage leaving the client feeling soothed and the heat and herbs deepening the experience.
Massage designed to relieve pain and inflammation. We can wrap chamomile, lavender basically any soothing, relaxing or invigorating herbs in a muslin compress, or even seaweed powder mixed in with salt or rice then get them steamed and so we apply them to the body in gentle pressing, kneading, circular and rolling movements.
Full Body Treatment
It is intended to work on the entire system—mental, physical, and energetic. It begins with Garshana, a dry exfoliation that starts the detoxification process, stimulates the lymphatic system, and prepares the skin to absorb the oils. We finish the session with sound therapy with a singing bowl to improve energy flow and to vibrate and transform the body’s cells also because it’s good to relax and leave the oil on for about 20 minutes then it’s best to wash it off as it brings toxins to the surface of the skin.
The use of cocoa and chocolate has an Aztec origin, and they knew it as a source of strength and an aphrodisiac. BENEFITS OF CHOCOLATE MASSAGE Due to cocoa’s active constituents, it relieves anxiety and stress by producing and secreting endorphins in the body. Bamboo is considered a powerful healing tool in ancient China, Japan and Indonesia. Bamboo still symbolizes life, energy, prosperity, longevity and fertility in these cultures. The canes are both hard and straight but also light so it’s possible to apply very firm pressure on the body therefore it is very much a tension relieving treatment type. The benefits are endless

Aromatherapy has been around for centuries and it uses the power of essential oils derived from plants for their therapeutic properties. The oils are used for treating medical and non-medical conditions. They improve physical and emotional well-being also, can prevent diseases and promote positive health. There are several ways to use essential oils and aromatherapy, and one of them is to use them in massage therapies.
Swedish massage is the classic and most well-known massage technique. It aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. It is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. It loosens up tight muscles caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer or exercising. Scalp massage and a quick facial massage with cleansing and toning is included in the treatment.
When time is limited but you’re really needing a quick uplift then seated acupressure chair massage is your thing. It is a rejuvenating treatment that’s ideal for the workplace or for a quick lunch break away from work if you live close by. We use a combination of massage and acupressure techniques on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and scalp. We don’t use any oils so you don’t need to undress. Therefore, you can go straight back to work feeling refreshed and revitalised!
Reflexology has been around for centuries in different cultures and it was brought to Western Countries about a 100 years ago. It is a gentle manipulation or pressing on certain parts of the foot to produce an effect elsewhere in the body. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. On our feet itself there are 7000 nerve endings, so you can imagine how much we can stimulate the body or move in it just by pressing certain points on it knowing that those points correspond with other areas in our bodies. Therefore, reflexology can be very healing as well as stimulating, detoxifying and balancing.
Reiki & Colour Therapy with Singing Bowl
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. A hands-on healing where we encourage emotional or physical healing through universal energy. During a session, you’ll lie on a massage table fully clothed, and the practitioner gently places her hands on or just above your body in specific energy locations. It aims to free up unbalanced energy flow in your body. Reiki typically uses a light touch or hands over the body. What might you experience? “I feel very refreshed and seem to be thinking more clearly.” “I think I fell asleep.” “I can’t believe how hot your hands got!” “I feel more relaxed than even after a massage.” “My headache is gone.” “I felt something was moving in my body.”
Indian Head massage
Indian head massage, as the name indicates, originated from India and is a beautifully traditional practice that is now immensely popular in Western cultures. A treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, using circular massage strokes to improve hair and scalp condition as well. It originates from an Indian alternative medicine system called Ayurveda, (translated as the ‘science of life’), whereby it is believed that the mind and body are intricately connected and thus can influence one another.
